FABRIC

10 Colors (look for "textures" or "solid-like" NO BUSY PRINTS)

Ten colors are the minimum number needed to cover the surface. Please feel free to add and substitute colors where desired

Cut one 61/2 " square from each of the ten colors

Cut one  61/2 " x 2" rectangle from each of the ten colors

 

(I use: 2 Olive Greens, 2 Vineyard Greens, 2 Terre Cotta Reds, 2 Warm Golds, 2 Earthy Tans and  Dark Green Scraps for the Cypress Trees)


OTHER SUPPLIES

 16 1/2" x  161/2"  iron-on Batting

Rotary Cutter, Cutting mat and ruler

Large and small fabric scissors

Fabric glue with a long applicator tip

Long pins

Tweezers with a long handle

50cm x 50cm tulle - a very fine netting often use for veils (audition several colors: this is a personel choice)

18" x 18" backing

Temporary spray Adhesive

15cm binding

Sewing machine - with walking foot and/or daring foot

Variegated multi-color thread for machine-stitching
