Requirements for Mosaic wall hanging
Backing 50x50cm White or black, for background. Quilting cotton or heavier fabric.
Fabric with bold design for centre of composition: 10-15 square centimetres. The picture of the completed item on the programme will give you an idea of what will be needed.
6 or more matching (should not be too perfectly matched as the result can be bland), colourful squares (15x15cm).( 2 light, 2 med and 2 dark hues.) One or two plain colours can be added. Extra scraps for in case.
Fabric for border, 7cmx 100cm (Optional, can be added later)
